AAID CREDENTIALS RECOGNIZED BY COURTS
A Florida judge has ruled that a state law restricting how dentists can advertise credentials issued by bona fide professional organizations is unconstitutional and violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution. The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the first organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of implant dentistry, calls the verdict a victory for consumers evaluating the qualifications and experience of dentists who perform implant procedures. The Final Judgment issued by the court is available here.
